Guest Lecture at the Science and Communication Study Program Discussing Advertising Production in the Digital Industrial Era
The Communication Science Study Program FISIP UMJ held a guest lecture entitled "Creativity in Advertising Production in the Digital Era" at the Kasman Singodimedjo Auditorium, Tuesday (17/10/23).
The development of technology and information demands significant changes in various aspects of life. All activities are transformed into completely digital following the times. This is what prompted this activity to be held to find out how advertising production is done in the digital era.
Head of Science and Communication Study Program Dr. Oktaviana Purnamasari, M.Si., explained that students need to pay close attention and prepare their abilities to follow developments in the digital era. "This guest lecture is a golden opportunity for students to explore advertising production in the digital industrial era," said Okta.
In the lecture delivered, Ahmad Kawakibi explained the stages of production, including identifying advertising objectives, planning and research, creativity and production concepts, to distribution.
Furthermore, Ahmad said that the digital industrial era could cut the need for conventional advertising production. Digital can help produce advertisements with even simple tools, including smartphones.
The event continued with a discussion session with resource persons discussing advertising production experiences in the digital industrial era.
